Summer Picnic

What's church without a picnic in the summer? We'll have worship right
there at 6:00 pm, (out of doors, if the weather cooperates) and then our
picnic supper. Yes, it's someone's house and yard, (thank you, Bobby, David
and Rick,) but everyone is welcome. Bring a dish to share if you can; come
join us either way!
Thanksgiving Dinner
Thanksgiving Day,
St. Andrew's Episcopal Church
3105 Main St. in Buffalo, across the street from the LaSalle
Metro Rail station (parking lot and entrance on Lisbon)
We gather for a simple, around-the-table Communion service at 4:00
pm, then appetizers while the finishing touches are done in the kitchen,
and sit down to dinner at 5:00 pm. This is a free event, and open to
all. People are encouraged to bring a dish to pass if they are able,
but if not, it's okay -- we have NEVER run out of food. We do ask that
folks let us know that they're coming, so we know
how many people to
prepare for.
